DocsNala ("Service") is a free, browser-based online document signing tool.
Users can add electronic signatures to PDF files and images, then download the signed documents.
2. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Must be 13 years of age or older
- Legal Capacity: Must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Account: No account registration required; service is immediately available
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Uses

- Educational purposes
- Any lawful purpose
3.2 Prohibited Uses

- Your Content: Files and signatures you upload remain your property
- License Grant: You grant us permission to process your content solely for service provision
- Third-Party Rights: You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
5. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
🔒 Security: DocsNala is a serverless application.
Your files and signatures are NEVER transmitted to servers; all processing occurs in your browser.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 "AS-IS" Service
DocsNala is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Uninterrupted service operation
- Error-free service
- Accuracy of specific results
- Compatibility with all devices and browsers
6.2 Legal Validity
The legal validity of electronic signatures created through DocsNala may vary depending on
the laws of your country or region. You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance.
6.3 Third-Party Services
DocsNala uses third-party services such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for
the operation of third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocsNala shall not be liable for:

- Data loss or loss of profits
- Damages caused by service interruptions or errors
- Damages caused by third-party actions
